Overcome Exercise Procrastination Now!
Are you the typical woman who knows deep down that she must exercise but has been putting it off? Have you put it off so long you have since gained a size or two? Do you find that you frequently put off doing what you know you should do? Do reading these sentences make you want to click to something more fun?
If so, I ask that you stick around. First, there is no single solution to procrastination. You might find that there are some areas of your life where you never procrastinate and others, where you are the procrastination queen!

She who does not take time to exercise
must make time for illness!
Do you believe this statement? You'd better, because it is a fact. Of course, there is always the exception, some couch potato who lived to be 99 and never was sick a day in her life.
The bottom line is, if you ARE procrastinating exercise you are NOT procrastinating illness.
When you procrastinate exercise, you increase the likelihood of disease!

"But I hate to exercise" you whine. "It's so boring/ sweaty/painful " yada yada yada.
Do you love to brush your teeth?
Do you love to pluck your eyebrows? Shave your legs?
Do you love to empty the kitty litter? Change a diaper? Clean the toilet?
How about going to the Doctor? Getting blood drawn? Or that annual gynecological exam, that’s a real treat, isn’t it! NNNOOOOTTTT!
See where I am going with this?
There are lots of things you don't like to do or you don't necessarily enjoy doing them but you do them anyway. Why? Because your mother told you to? Maybe. But it is more likely that you do them because you like the results. Or you need the information (e.g. doctor visit).
“Yeah, I like the results but I just don’t feel motivated right now,” you say.

Think of the things you'd really love to achieve in the next 30-90 days and then listen to what your internal dialogue tells you about each goal. Does it tell you 'yes, I can do this!' or does it say 'But...'?
